The Best Gift for Me

I usually get gifts from my family during my birthday or during the holidays. The gifts will consist of hats, scarves and colognes – just the usual stuff. Recently, my sister gave me a copy of P90X as a gift. I didn’t think much of it and I left it in the regular package for a few weeks. It’s not that I don’t appreciate the gifts, it’s more that I don’t have the time to do much at home.

This past weekend was different. I had a few hours to unwind and I decided to open the P90X system and give it a try. Wow, was I in for a rude awakening. Forget about unwinding, this thing was something else. My arms and legs were shaking after just 40 minutes.
